Mobile Gas Flare L - CH4 incl. transport case
Nowy
Mobile Gas Flare L - CH4 incl. transport caseMobile Gas Flare for safe and environmentally friendly flaring of natural gas and other combustible gases. To avoid methane emissions during operation, e.g. when releasing pressure, commissioning and decommissioning pipelines. Complies with the requirements of DVGW data sheet G 404. Suitable for supply/distribution lines and for emptying tank systems. - incl. transport case - quickly ready for use, short set-up time, high throughput and low-emission combustion - combustion efficiency under ideal conditions >99% - integrated flashback arrestor for gases of the explosion groups: IIA1, IIA, IIB1, IIB2, IIB3, IIB (thus also suitable for flaring natural gas with up to 30% hydrogen admixture) - integrated pilot flame with propane supply and piezo igniter, continuous ignition up to 8 h (1x AA battery), incl. 2 replacement batteries - max. operating pressure 2 bar (ensured by optionally available connection adapter with pressure reducer, item no. 402593) - flow rate of approx. 800 Nm3/h methane at an inlet pressure of >2 bar on the supply side before the pressure reducer in the connection adapter - connection accessories available separately
Venturi nozzle C50 for mobile gas torch L
Nowy
Venturi nozzle C50 for mobile gas torch LOptional component for the Mobile Gas Flare L for extraction from pipes/tanks using a Venturi nozzle. The component is mounted above the flame arrester using Camlock connections. By introducing compressed air via the claw coupling, a high compressed air flow velocity is generated on the outlet side of the Venturi nozzle (in the direction of the flare head). This creates a negative pressure of up to 100 mbar below the component, which is used to extract air from the pipework. A powerful compressor with a nominal flow rate of at least 3 m^3/min. and a pressure of at least 5 bar is required. Higher flow rates and higher pressure values increase the suction effect. Material: brass Connections: Camlock nipple DN50 on the inlet side, Camlock coupling DN50 on the outlet side Compressed air connection: claw coupling
Mobile Gas Flare M
Mobile Gas Flare MMobile and compact gas flare for safe and environmentally friendly flaring of natural gas, hydrogen or other combustible gases. To avoid operation-related methane emissions during commissioning and decommissioning of pipelines (according to German DVGW worksheet G 404). Suitable for supply/distribution lines, limited suitability for house connections. Suitable for emptying of gas tank/storage facilities. - integrated piezo igniter, continuous ignition up to 8 h (1x AA battery). - quickly ready for use, short set-up time, high flow rate and low-emission combustion - integrated flame arrester for gases of the explosion groups: IIA, IIA1, IIB, IIC - H2-ready - max. operating pressure 1 bar - max. flow rate approx. 40 Nm3/h methane at 1 bar - combustion efficiency under ideal conditions approx. 99% - connection accessories available separately
Mobile Gas Flare S
Mobile Gas Flare SSmall-sized and quickly ready-for-use gas flare for safe flaring applications of natural gas, hydrogen or other combustible gases. For reduction of operational methane emissions during commissioning and decommissioning of gas service lines in the house connection area (according German DVGW worksheet G 404). Suitbale for emptying of gas tank facilities. - integrated piezo-ignition, up to 8 h with permanent ignition (1x AA battery) - ready for use in a few minutes, optimized for service lines - integrated flame arrestor for gases of explosion group: IIA, IIA1, IIB, IIC - H2-ready - max. operational pressure: 1 bar - max. volume flow approx. 8 Nm3/h methane at 1 bar - combustion efficiency under ideal conditions approx. 99% - connnection accessory available
